Cancellation Policy

At Saatviko, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.


Returns & Refund Policy

At Saatviko, we strive to provide the highest quality Dry Fruits, Sweets, Namkeen, and Trail Mixtures. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or consumed items.

However, if you receive a damaged product, incorrect item, defective packaging, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will review your request and work towards a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

  • Date of Purchase
  • Product Name(s)
  • Photos of the Product (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Reason for the Refund Request

Please Note:

  • Products may need to be returned in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days of receiving complete information.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The time required for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.
  • Saatviko reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
