Orders placed before 9:00 AM (Monday to Friday) are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partner on the same business day.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, regional restrictions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations. Any COD handling charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.
Please note that shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
